A Message from Russell Munz
People ask me “why” I came up with this program. And the simple answer is love.
When I heard my Dad, who is a real estate agent in Virginia, went 29 months between commissions, my heart sank. Fortunately he collects a retirement check to help manage expenses.
During the same time, I heard from hundreds of job applicants looking for property management jobs - but I didn’t have a position to offer.
I thought to myself, “how can I help?”
I was motivated to develop a program to train people to earn money by starting their own management business quickly “The Quick Start Property Manager Program.” If I could help one man – my Dad – support himself, my efforts would have been worth it.
But I hope I can help you too.
I dedicate the writing of this program to my Dad and to all the other people out there who are unemployed or underemployed in these challenging economic times.

I am a big believer in reading books to help me continue to learn and grow. One of my favorite books early on was the E-Myth Revisited by Micheal Gerber that helped me “work on my business” more instead of “in my business” to have a plan for business growth and consistency of service.
