Q: Why is it called a program and not a book?
A: You are purchasing a program. You receive a workbook PLUS marketing downloads, management agreement downloads, and other downloads you need to get started without having marketing or legal personnel help you at an additional cost – all in one place to save you time and get you running faster.
Q: What are the requirements to be a property manager?
A: My answer is simple. Get into the business and experience for yourself that you can make money plus find that you enjoy the work. After you answer these questions then you can take the extra step of registering if required by your state.
Most states have NO requirements to manage single family homes. A FEW states require that you register to manage COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS (condos, co-ops, home owner associations, etc.).
You can manage properties without registering with your state – I have many competitors who manage smaller properties without registering. It will not be a big issue in signing up clients for single home or small condo association management.
The Quick Start Property Manager Program will guide you through the process of finding and signing up new clients to get started earning money – after you gain clients and experience – and see that you are building a business. You can then add registration and insurance to enhance your credibility and take on larger accounts.
You may want to know what your state requires for you to register to manage these types of properties in the future.
Here is a helpful link from Community Association Institute (CAI) that lays out the requirements for the few states that have them specifically to manage community associations. http://www.nbccam.org/cmca/state.cfm
Again my recommendation is to ”test drive” property management as a business with several small properties to see if it is right for you before worrying about registration.
Q: Is there a guarantee for your program?
A: Yes, I am so confident that my program will get you results faster than on your own that I offer a full 100% money back guarantee PLUS shipping. For eBooks, you have 6 hours from when purchased to review it and request a refund through Google or Paypal. For the printed workbook, you have to mail the book back so it is recieved at our office within 21 days from your purchase date.
Q: Can I get the program right away?
A: Some people want to get started right away, so I have an eBook available for instant download, plus you save the shipping fee.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my workbook?
A: Standard Shipping takes 3-5 business days from purchase to getting your copy of the workbook in your hands. Fast Shipping takes 1-2 business days.
Q: Will you add additional downloads to your site?
A: Yes, check back as we add new downloads based on your feedback and other features to the website to help you start your business.
Q: How does consulting support work?
A: I offer phone support to improve your chances of success. You purchase 1 hour increments of consulting help on our website and then a counselor will coordinate with you to schedule a phone support session. The time is used in 15 minute increments. If you run over your time, you can log back onto our website and purchase more consulting time.
Q: Can I share my success story with you?
A: Absolutely! I will feature your story on our website. Please email me your name, city, state, your picture and a paragraph about how the program helped you get started fast.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A. See our guarantee policy above.
